Meet the creator · Rick Ireton

A question about love. A lifetime of curiosity.

My search for the meaning of love led me to the chakra system, a sideways Menorah, and a pattern with a large heart at its center.

Rick Ireton, creator of ChakraKey.

Bringing the symbols together

Together, these symbols became a picture of the spiritual relationships I wanted to understand. ChakraKey grew into an illustrated framework for exploring our natural drives, feelings, imagination, conscience and capacity to love.

The chakra figure offers a map of attention points. The Menorah shows complementary relationships. The Compass brings those pairings into a guide for reflecting on an everyday condition. ChakraSynergy offers a picture of integration through the heart.

My invitation is to explore the symbols, notice your own experience, and consider what they might help you bring into daily life.

A background in making ideas tangible

From invention to an illustrated guide.

Rick’s work has included product development, invention, and the early commercial wave-machine industry. From 1983 to 1987, he served as Vice President of Sales at Surf-Tech Corporation in Escondido, California, working with a team that developed 16 wave machines for use in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

His small-wheel disc-brake invention received U.S. Patent 6,488,296 in 2002. In 2012, he self-published ChakraKey — A Key for Humanity.

ChakraKey brings that interest in patterns and practical understanding into a spiritual exploration of the human being, the heart, and the choices that shape daily life.
